2 x Chicken Breast 1 x Cup Almond Meal
3 x tbsp spice (I used Cajun)
1 x Cup natural yogurt
- Combine almond meal and spice in a bowl
- In a separate bowl place chicken and yogurt and coat.
- Place yogurt covered chicken into the almond meal and toss to coat.
- Gently place chicken onto baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
Serve with veggies or the pattie in this picture that you can find under sides.
